2001

Company Establishment
Creation of the Parktron brand, committed to the R&D of self-service solutions

2002

Launch of self-developed parking management system. To date, Paytronex has completed thousands of major landmark projects domestically and internationally, including: airports, metro system, shopping malls, hospitals, and public parking lots.

2008

Expanding to overseas markets, Paytronex has promoted its products to various regions, which includes: Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Central and South America. Currently, our products can be found in over 20 countries across the globe.

2017

Launched IPMS (Intelligent Parking Management System) Total Solutions, flawlessly integrated member discounts, consumption discounts, discount vouchers, mobile discount devices, hotel accommodations, smart car trackers, EV parking space management system and Cashless and Cash Payment System.

2018

Awarded – 2018 Smart City Summit & Expo - System Integration Award

2019

Stepping into the field of smart medical; development of medical payment kiosks and smart backend management system; submitted a patent application for smart payment, which would effectively alleviate the issues of overburdened staff and difficulty in managing patient flow in medical institutions.

2020

Providing convenient medical payment services, redefining next-generation payment kiosks. Adopting a human-centric approach, Parktron introduces care technologies, optimizes user interfaces, process flow, and exterior aesthetics. To date, Paytronex’s kiosks have been successfully deployed in medical centers and large-scale prominent hospitals, including: Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taichung Veterans General Hospital, Tri-Service General Hospital, Taiwan Adventist Hospital, Cheng Hsin General Hospital, and Taipei Veterans General Hospital.

2021

Acquisition of international certification ISO-9001; medical payment kiosk awarded the 2021 Taiwan Excellence Award

2022

Stepping into the field of smart retail; assisting globally well-known e-commerce company in creating self-checkout and cloud management platform for unmanned pickup store, offering a comprehensive solution for payment and pickup in unmanned store.

2024

Currently, Paytronex has established 700 unmanned self-pickup stores and their after-sales service. Responding to business expansion as well as changes in business formats, Parktron has establish a new brand, Paytronex, with the aim of becoming the leader in self-service and payment integration.

2.Multifunctional Smart Payment Kiosk: Widely utilized in retail industry, catering industry, hospitals, campuses, and gas stations.
Having successfully expanded its markets to 20 countries around the world, Parktron will continue to innovate, providing clients with top-notch products and services.

In 2024, seeing the diversified development of the industry categories, Parktron has established a new brand – Paytronex. The new brand will actively pursue expansion into six major fields: smart medical, smart retail, smart parking, smart finance, smart government, and customized services.
